The Texas Highpower Junior Rifle Team will travel to Camp Perry in Port Clinton, Ohio to compete in the prestigious CMP National Matches, held at the end of July and early August. This event brings together some of the nation’s top junior and adult marksmen for a week of competition, training, and camaraderie.
Throughout the matches, juniors compete in a variety of highpower and service rifle events, including team and individual competitions, while also gaining valuable experience, building friendships with competitors from across the country, and representing Texas on the national stage. The CMP National Matches are a long-standing tradition that challenge athletes to grow their skills, sportsmanship, and confidence both on and off the firing line.
